As an Azure Technical Consultant, you will leverage your technical knowledge and provide technical support for our clients, especially for escalated issues from more junior team members. Additionally, you will ensure defined procedures, practices and methods are being adhered to by the junior team members. Overall, you will work closely with upper management to resolve simple to complex issues within your department.
Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibility and Tasks:
- Working on the team, you predominantly help partners solving the toughest problems.
- This is a Support position in Our Service team, and support Partners to determine the best solution for the customer, provide assistance in both presales and advisory services, technical trainings.
- This position has ability to develop, test and deploy solutions in both cloud and hybrid scenarios. You will be responsible for resolving presales/deployment issues, delivering training, and taking the challenge to handle escalated problems.
- Azure Technical Consultant are passionate about technology and helping others. They must be highly observant and skilled in daily basis in order to identify and resolve issues. This requires empathy, outstanding logic skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to think differently than the crowd, and a genuine desire to help people do their best.
Technical:
- Current Microsoft certificate or other Microsoft Premier certification(s) in the technologies supported.
- Experienced in delivering technical presentations.
- Experience delivering to customer/partner technical support and solutions.
- Strong experiences on Microsoft products and online solutions, especially for Azure, Microsoft 365, etc.
- At least 5 years related working experiences and has strong industrial background of Microsoft solutions.
- Demonstrated passion for MS products and technologies.
- Advanced technology Infrastructure or technical problem-solving skills.
- Fluent written and oral English skills.
- Can communicate in English.
- Ability to confidently deliver solution guidance.
- Capable of building and sustaining strong technical relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Must have the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Must possess strong Active Listening Skills.
- Ability to analyze and drive root cause of a problem.
- Previous experience in a consulting position helpful.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and project management skills.
