- Plan, organize direct and run optimum day-to-day operations, ensure production process run smoothly, efficiently and on budget.
- Implement cost optimization and operating plan; plan work allocation; monitors and ensures production meet expectations regarding timing and results.
- Commit to production environmental health and safety procedures and standards.
- Assure that all employees follow established safety regulations, housekeeping and SOP
- Troubleshoot problems that occur during production, including staff shortages, all technical issues and machinery malfunctions.
