Requirements :
- Must have a minimum of one year's experience in the child care field
- Knowledge of recreational programming
- Must possess strong communication skills
- Have ability to work as part of a team
- High School Completion Certificate or equivalent
Assets :
- Possession of a valid First Aid/CPR Certification is considered an asset
- Rate of pay is $22.67 per hour plus vacation pay.
- Monday - Friday 7:30-8:45 AM & 2:05 PM - 6:00 PM, plus staff meetings each week. Approximately 33.85 hours/week.
Children of EXCEL employees can attend the EXCEL program at no charge
Various paid training opportunities available including High Five, First Aid/CPR, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Fundamental Movement Skills, etc.
