Department – Marketing Position – Assistant Marketing/Graphic Designer Reports to – Manager Marketing Job Overview: You will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to promote the company brand, drive customer engagement and increase sales. You will work closely with the marketing manager and other team members to implement marketing strategies, coordinate promotional campaigns, and enhance the overall customer experience. This position requires a combination of creativity, organizational skills, and a customer-centric mindset. Primary Responsibility 1. Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software. 2. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop. 3. Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary. 4. Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of promotional campaigns. 5. Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization. 6. Support in-store marketing initiatives, including creating attractive displays, signage, and promotional materials. 7. Collaborate with store management to maintain consistent branding and visual appeal. 8. Assist in managing the online presence, including social media accounts, website content, and email marketing. 9. Help create engaging and relevant content for online platforms. 10. Monitor online customer interactions and respond promptly and professionally. 11. Gather customer feedback (online) and make recommendations for improvements based on insights. 12. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging marketing strategies. 13. Assist in planning and coordinating special events and promotions. 14. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including maintaining databases, and organizing files. 15. To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management from time to time. REQUIREMENT - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent. - Had experience in retail supermarket - Persuasive and excellent influencing skills. - Individual who is passionate, resourceful, self-motivated, highly committed, a team player and able to motivate others. - An unending willingness to learn. - Must be willing to work in a highly dynamic and challenging startup environment. - Must be willing to work 6 days a week.
