Job description
We are looking to employ support workers with experience or interest in caring and supporting adults over the age of 18 years, to live in their own homes. The support we offer will be following each individuals services users care plan which may include personal care, practical tasks and social support. Some of the responsibilities includes;
- Supporting clients with personal care.
- Medication administration.
- Promoting independence of clients
- Assisting clients with nutritional support
- Social and safety check visits for clients
Essential Criteria
- Compassionate, dedicated, committed and a good team player.
- Excellent time keeping.
- Good communication skills.
Desirable
- 3-6 months caring experience or no experience as fully paid training will be done.
- Driving licence or be prepared to walk to appointments.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
